Our Take

Lusha's niche is direct dials, and in that niche it genuinely excels. For US-based outbound to SMB and mid-market, Lusha's mobile number coverage is often better than Apollo's. If your team has a high call-activity motion, having accurate direct dials converts to more live conversations and less gatekeeper time.

As a standalone list-building tool, Lusha's database is too small. We've seen 30–40% miss rates on ICP-targeted lists, which negates the phone number quality advantage. The right play: build lists in Apollo, enrich phone numbers with Lusha via a Clay waterfall, and use Instantly for email sending.

At $29–$79/month, Lusha is worth testing if phone outreach is part of your motion. Add it as a data enrichment layer rather than replacing your primary prospecting database.
